CHECK WIRING FROM HARNESS TO ECM AND FOUND GOOD. REPLACED HARNESS CONNECTOR AND CRANK SENSOR. CLEAR CODES AND TEST DRIVE AND FOUND TO OPERATE AS DESIGNED.

FOUND SPARK PLUGS BADLY WORN. REATTACHED AIR TUBE AND REPLACE SPARK PLUGS, CLEAR CODES AND TEST DRIVE TO VERIFY PROPER OPERATION.

REMOVE DRIVE BELTS AND CHECK, FOUND COOLANT LEAK AND WATER PUMP INOP. WATER PUMP IS TIMING CHAIN DRIVEN AND HAS CAUSED DAMAGE TO TIMING COMPONENTS. RECOMMEND REPLACING WATER PUMP AND ALL TIMING COMPONENTS. CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIR AT THIS TIME.

CHECK CONTINUITY FROM COMPRESSOR CLUTCH RELAY PIN 2 TO COMPRESSOR CLUTCH PIN 1 AND FOUND GOOD. CHECK AND FOUND POWER AT RELAY PIN 4 AND 1. FOUND GROUND SIGNAL FROM ECM TO PIN 3 AND FOUND GOOD. DETERMINE CLUTCH RELAY TO BE FAULTY. REPLACED RELAY AND TEST, FOUND COMPRESSOR TO CYCLE AS SYSTEM DESIGNED WITH NO INTERMITTENT CUT OUT.
